Before founding Harrow Environmental, Chris served as Vice President of Operations at Envirosure Solutions, where he managed nationwide industrial customers, directed professional staff, and oversaw full P&L performance. He played a pivotal role in expanding the company from a four‑person startup into a multi‑office operation with twenty‑five employees, managing 150 client sites across more than forty U.S. states and Canada while generating $3.5 million in annual sales. His leadership included managing the Denver regional office, overseeing industrial stormwater pretreatment projects, and securing air permits for shredder and downstream equipment—experience that strengthened his ability to guide customers through complex regulatory landscapes.

Chris began his career at Engine Supply Company, rising from an entry‑level quality control technician to General Manager of a 200‑employee industrial machine shop. This early foundation in industrial operations continues to shape his pragmatic, process‑driven approach to environmental compliance, organizational leadership, and operational excellence.

He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis on business and industrial operations, and a BA from Marquette University, where he studied psychology along with chemistry, physics, calculus, statistics, and Spanish.

Outside of his professional work, Chris is an avid traveler for live music and festivals and a passionate collector of new and vintage vinyl records.
