Christy serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for Harrow Environmental, where she oversees enterprise‑level strategic initiatives designed to strengthen long‑term growth, operational alignment, and organizational performance. With extensive experience in environmental compliance, hazardous materials management, and the construction and engineering sectors, she brings a disciplined, analytical approach to strategy development and execution. Her work centers on transforming complex concepts into structured, actionable plans that support sustainable expansion, operational efficiency, and market responsiveness.

Prior to her executive appointment, Christy managed environmental and hazardous materials projects for Harrow, directing regulatory documentation, compliance activities, and client engagement across federal, state, and local requirements. She played a key role in developing internal tools, training modules, and new deliverables that enhanced the firm’s capabilities and positioned the organization for continued growth.

Her earlier experience includes business development leadership at Envirosure Solutions, where she supported sales operations, proposal development, and CRM management, as well as entrepreneurial leadership as Founder and CEO of 3LBDC, an eco‑focused handcrafted goods business.

Christy holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). Her professional background is complemented by certifications in technical writing, digital marketing, and operational systems management.

Outside of her work, she is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, and traveling with her husband. She is also a dedicated mom who values time spent cooking and connecting with her children. Live music remains one of her greatest passions, with a particular fondness for performances at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
