Kristi serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Harrow Environmental, guiding the organization’s financial strategy, long‑range planning, and scalable growth initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in the environmental services sector, she brings a rare combination of operational insight, financial rigor, and industry‑specific expertise shaped through long‑standing leadership roles at Harrow Environmental in Phoenix, Arizona, and its predecessor company.

Kristi’s career reflects steady advancement through senior roles in accounting, HR, and operations, giving her a holistic understanding of the organization’s clients, regulatory landscape, and day‑to‑day challenges. This cross‑functional foundation informs her approach as CFO, where she is known for producing clear, actionable financial reporting that strengthens decision‑making across departments and project teams.

Her technical expertise spans financial statement development, payroll administration, account reconciliations, revenue and expenditure tracking, audit preparation, and tax compliance. She has consistently elevated financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and organizational transparency—supported by her commitment to maintaining meticulous records and strong relationships with our clients.

Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Niagara County Community College. She is currently pursuing the Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) credential and serves as a commissioned Arizona Notary Public.

A former Division I soccer player, Kristi carries forward the discipline, resilience, and competitive drive shaped by years of athletic achievement. Outside the office, she channels that same energy into fitness, scratch baking, and exploring new places with her two dachshunds.
