Before joining Harrow, Meghan held senior leadership roles at M&T Bank, first overseeing Regulatory Compliance for Consumer Lending and later serving as Head of Special Investigations. She began her career in Washington, D.C., conducting internal investigations within Fannie Mae’s regulatory compliance division. Across every role, she has honed the ability to anticipate disruption, navigate complexity, and keep businesses thriving.

A trusted advisor to boards and C‑suite peers, Meghan is valued for decisive yet empathetic leadership, sound judgment, and a disciplined approach to operational excellence.

Meghan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, with a minor in English, graduating Magna Cum Laude from both programs. She is barred in Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Often the calm in the storm, Meghan attributes her steadfast nature to her long experience as a yoga teacher, nationally certified through Yoga Alliance. She lives in upstate New York with her husband, daughter, and rescue pup.
